Returns and Exchange Policy - ABOVE SAINTS

1. Returns

Returns will only be accepted if the garment has a factory defect.
At ABOVE SAINTS, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.  If you are not entirely pleased with your purchase, we are happy to accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.
You can only request a refund if the garment has been purchased on our website.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer service team at info@abovesaints.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

- Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization code.

- Pack the item(s) securely, include the return authorization code, and ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

- Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

2. Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you'd like to exchange it for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team at info@abovesaints.com within 15 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization code and guide you through the exchange process.

Please note that we can only process exchanges for items that are in their original condition with all tags attached.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Gift cards
- Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
